We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; all of our products come with a money back promise.
If for any reason a product you ordered does not come up to your expectations, simply return it to us and we will refund you:
Goods which have been incorrectly ordered can be returned to us for a full refund of the price paid to us or in the unlikely event the goods are of sub-standard quality or incorrectly supplied, they can be returned to us for a full refund of the price paid to us plus the postage cost of returning them.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item or exchange the product once it is received by us. We will make such refunds or exchanges if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellation of customised products
Should you wish to cancel your custom product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products can only be returned or refunded under the above terms unless faulty.

Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE!

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.
You should expect to receive your order within 1 - 3 working days after your order is dispatched.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - If you need fast delivery you can choose the next day  option in the 'Shipping Method' of the checkout process. This delivery option costs £8.40 and orders must be placed before 11am, Monday - Friday and signed for on arrival.
We are currently unable to ship items outside of the U.K. and Channel Islands.
